Cxsd62600 is a CMOS Buck DC / DC regulator composed of reference voltage source, oscillation circuit, comparator, PWM / PFM control circuit, etc. The PWM / PFM automatic switching control circuit is used to achieve adjustable duty cycle, which has the characteristics of low ripple, high efficiency and large output current in the full input voltage range (1.6-6v).
Cxsd62600 has built-in over-current (limiting inductance current 2a), over-voltage, overheating, output short circuit and many other protection circuits, which will automatically disconnect when exceeding the control value to protect the chip. This product combines the characteristics of micro package and low current consumption, which is most suitable for internal use of power supply of mobile devices
