Cxsd6188 is an asynchronous rectifier voltage regulator with internal MOSFET integration. It can provide up to 1a load capacity in a wide input voltage range (4.75v-40v). The cxsd6188 system adopts PWM control mode, which has good transient response and cycle by cycle current limiting function. At the same time, under the light load condition, the system automatically switches to PFM mode to ensure high light load efficiency. The built-in power tube of cxsd6188 has low RDSON (typical value is 0.9 Ω), and its efficiency is up to 90% in typical cases. It has built-in soft start and loop compensation, as well as 550K fixed working frequency, which ensures the product performance and greatly reduces the peripheral devices needed for product application. Cxsd6188 also has over temperature shutdown, input under voltage protection, BS under voltage protection and short circuit protection.
