CXSD61052 current mode monolithic buck switching regulator Operating with an input range of 3.6-40V 2A of continuous output current

CXSD61052 nternal synchronous power switches provide high efficiency without
the use of an external Schottky diode. At light loads, regulators operate in low frequency to
maintain high efficiency and low output ripple. Current mode control provides tight load transient response
and cycle-by-cycle current limit.

     The   CXSD61052  is a current mode monolithic buck switching regulator. Operating with an input yVt嘉泰姆

range  of 3.6-40V, the CXSD61052  delivers 2A of continuous output current with two integrated N-ChannelyVt嘉泰姆

 MOSFETs.yVt嘉泰姆
   The CXSD61052 internal synchronous power switches provide high efficiency withoutyVt嘉泰姆
the use of an external Schottky diode. At light loads, regulators operate in low frequency toyVt嘉泰姆
maintain high efficiency and low output ripple. Current mode control provides tight load transient response yVt嘉泰姆

and cycle-by-cycle current limit.yVt嘉泰姆
