Cxsd6161 is a high efficiency, 1.5MHz fixed frequency, current mode PWM single-chip voltage regulator, the chip has adjustable output version. The working current of the regulator is 300uA when there is no load; when it is in off state, the working current drops below 1uA. The input operating voltage range is 2.5V to 6.5V, making the cxsd6161 very suitable for electronic products powered by a single lithium-ion battery or two to four dry cells. The duty cycle of cxsd6161 can reach 100% in the low-voltage differential operation mode, which extends the battery life of portable devices. When the output load becomes low, the cxsd6161 works in pulse hopping mode, which ensures low output ripple voltage and is conducive to the application environment sensitive to noise. The switching frequency of 1.5MHz makes the peripheral inductance and capacitance miniaturized. Aps2415 is equipped with built-in power switch and synchronous rectifier switch, without external Schottky diode. When the feedback terminal voltage is set to 0.6V, the output voltage can be reduced to 0.6V

      CXSD6161是一款高效率,1.5MHz固定工作频率,电流模式PWM单片式降压稳压器,该芯片有可调输出 版本。稳压器在无负载时的工作电流为300uA;当处于关断时,工作电流降到1uA以下。输入工作电压 范围为2.5V至6.5V,使CXSD6161非常适合于单节锂离子电池或两至四节干电池供电的电子产品。 CXSD6161在低压差工作模式下,占空比可达100%,延长了便携式设备的电池寿命。在输出负载变低时, CXSD6161用脉冲跳跃模式工作,保证了低的输出纹波电压,有利于对噪声敏感的应用环境。1.5MHz的开 关频率,使得外围的电感和电容可以微型化。APS2415内置功率开关管和同步整流开关,无需外接肖特 基二极管。反馈端电压设置为0.6V,可使输出电压低至0.6V。CXSD6161采用了DFN-10L和SOP8/SOP8PP封装FzV嘉泰姆
