CXSD6155 Cxsd6155a is a high efficiency, 1.2MHz fixed working frequency, current mode PWM single-chip voltage regulator, which is very suitable for the portable products powered by a single lithium-ion battery, when the peak working current can reach 2a, the efficiency still needs to reach more than 90%. The duty cycle of cxsd6155 cxsd6155a can reach 100% in the low-voltage differential operation mode, which extends the battery life of portable devices. When the output load becomes low, cxsd6155 cxsd6155a works in pulse hopping mode, which ensures low output ripple voltage and is conducive to noise sensitive application environment. The input working voltage range is 2.5V to 6.0V, the output current can reach 2a, and the output voltage can be as low as 0.6V. The switching frequency of 1.2MHz enables the peripheral components to be miniaturized, and the internal compensation design enables the use of small inductance (which can reduce the volume) to maintain high efficiency. Cxsd6155 cxsd6155a has two packaging forms of 3mmx3mm10 pin dfnwb and MSOP, and the operating temperature range is - 40 ℃ ~ + 85 ℃

      CXSD6155 CXSD6155A是一款高效率、1.2MHz固定工作频率、电流模式PWM单片式降压稳压器,非常适合于由单节锂 离子电池供电,峰值工作电流可达2A的条件下仍要求效率达到90%以上的便携式产品。CXSD6155 CXSD6155A在低压 差工作模式下,占空比可达100%,延长了便携式设备的电池寿命。在输出负载变低时,CXSD6155 CXSD6155A用脉冲跳跃模式工作,保证了低的输出纹波电压,有利于对噪声敏感的应用环境。输入工作电压范围为2.5V至 6.0V,输出电流可达2A,输出电压可低至0.6V。1.2MHz的开关频率,使外围元件可以小型化,内部补 偿设计使得用小电感量电感(可减小体积)也足以保持高效率工作。CXSD6155 CXSD6155A有3mmx3mm10引脚DFNWB 和MSOP两种封装形式,工作温度范围-40℃~+85℃5Ir嘉泰姆
