Cxsd6152 is a high efficiency, 1.5MHz fixed working frequency, current mode PWM single-chip voltage regulator, which can provide adjustable output voltage and 1.2V, 1.8V fixed output voltage. The working current of the regulator is 300uA when there is no load; when it is in off state, the working current drops below 1uA. The input working voltage range is 2.5V to 6.5V, which is very suitable for electronic products powered by single lithium-ion battery or two to four dry batteries. The cxsd6152 has a duty cycle of up to 100% in low-voltage differential operation mode, extending the battery life of portable devices. When the output load becomes low, the cxsd6152 works in pulse hopping mode, which ensures low output ripple voltage and is conducive to noise sensitive application environment. The switch frequency of 1.5MHz enables the peripheral inductance and capacitance to be miniaturized. The cxsd6152 has built-in power switch and synchronous rectifier switch, without external Schottky diode. When the feedback terminal voltage is set to 0.6V, the output voltage can be reduced to 0.6V. Small sot-23-5l package saves the area of PCB.

 CXSD6152是一款高效率,1.5MHz固定工作频率,电流模式PWM单片式降压稳压器,可以提供输出电压可调品种和1.2V、1.8V等固定输出电压的品种。稳压器在无负载时的工作电流为300uA;当处于关断时,工作电流降到1uA以下。输入工作电压范围为2.5V至6.5V,非常适合于单节锂离子电池或两至四节干电池供电的电子产品。CXSD6152在低压差工作模式下,占空比可达100%,延长了便携式设备的电池寿命。在输出负载变低时,CXSD6152用脉冲跳跃模式工作,保证了低输出纹波电压,有利于对噪声敏感的应用环境。1.5MHz的开关频率,使的外围的电感和电容可以微型化。CXSD6152内置功率开关管和同步整流开关,无需外接肖特基二极管。反馈端电压设置为0.6V,可使输出电压低至0.6V。微小的SOT-23-5L封装节省了印制板的面积。 x5r嘉泰姆
