Cxcl6519 is a low-voltage monolithic n-MOSFET high side power switch, which is very suitable for self powered and bus powered USB applications. The cxcl6519 is equipped with a charge pump circuit to drive the internal MOSFET switch. 80mA low on resistance meets the requirements of USB voltage drop. The flag pin output can display the fault status to the local USB controller. Additional features include soft start to limit the inrush current when plugging in and out, over temperature shutdown protection to avoid catastrophic switch failure from high current load, and under voltage locking to ensure that the device is locked in the off state unless an effective input voltage is present. The maximum current is limited to 2.1a/1.5a/1a/0.65a typical value through switch cxcl6519a / B / C / D respectively. The low static current of 25ua makes the device an ideal choice for portable power supply equipment
