Cxcl6513 is a current limiting protection device specially designed for 12V interface, with a 12V linear voltage regulator with a load of 200mA. The interface current limiter of cxcl6513 can make the output short circuit while the input is still maintained, so as to keep the internal power supply normal, and at the same time provide a LDO with 200mA and adjustable output voltage for internal power supply of the system. Cxcl6513 integrates various protection functions, such as over-current protection, short circuit protection, over temperature protection, etc.

一.产品概述
CXCL6513是一颗专为12V接口设计的限流保护器件，并附带一颗12V带载200mA的线性稳压器。CXCL6513的接口限流器可以做到输出短路而输入仍然保持，如此可以保持内部供电正常，并同时提供一个200mA，输出电压可调的LDO供系统内部用电。CXCL6513集成了各种保护功能，如过流保护，短路保护，过温保护等等。
