CXAS4259 is a single channel single pole double throw (SPDT)CMOS Analog switch, suitable for voice switching, mobile devices, etc. CXAS4259 can work under the power supply of 1. 8v-5.5v, the working bandwidth is 300MHz, the minimum on-resistance is 4.5 Ω, and CXAS4259 can transmit negative level within a certain range. The on-resistance mismatch between the two switches is less than 0.3 Ω *, and the change of internal resistance does not exceed 2.3 Ω * in the whole conduction range. (*: the above parameters are measured when VDD = 5.0V)
