CXEP33122 is a dual-channel PMU: It integrates independent 7v withstand voltage linear charger and 28v asynchronous boost converter. The linear charger has a full-function constant current/constant voltage charging module, charging power tube and very few peripherals. It also contains trickle charging and full-speed charging current which can be set by external resistor. When constant voltage charging is entered and the charging current is less than 1/10 of the preset value, the charging is completed. CHRG and DONE are used to indicate the charging status. The chip integrates a boost of adjuster, and the input of adjuster can accept 2.7~6v. The ENBST port enables flexible requirements such as full voltage output, adjustable boost output, and stop boost. ENBST is normally high, and the highest required output can be set through resistance. ENBST is a signal with a reasonable duty cycle, and the output is the product of the highest output voltage and duty cycle. When the ENBST level is lower than 5ms, the boost stops working. The chip also has built-in functions such as current limiting protection and over-temperature protection.
