The CXEP2335A CXEP2335B CXEP2335C family operates over the industrial temperature range and comes in 64-pin (CXEP2335A CXEP2335B CXEP2335C) and 100-pin LQFP packages.The CXEP2335A CXEP2335B CXEP2335C are 4th-generation single-phase metering SoCs with a 5MHz 8051-compatible MPU core, low-power RTC with improved temperature compensation, flash memory, and LCD driver.
