CXDR75312 is an adjustable hysteresis ultra-low power voltage detection chip, particularly suitable for voltage detection of single or multiple lithium batteries, multiple alkaline batteries, nickel cadmium batteries, nickel hydrogen batteries, and multiple lead-acid batteries. The upstream and downstream thresholds of CXDR75312 can be independently set for easy hysteresis setting. When the monitored voltage is below the downlink threshold, CXDR75312Pin outputs low level, LBO pin outputs high level; When the monitored voltage exceeds the upstream threshold for a duration exceeding the delay tD (minimum 25 milliseconds), CXDR75312Pin outputs high level, LBO pin outputs low level The voltage difference between the down threshold and the up threshold is hysteresis. Hysteresis can eliminate detection output disturbances caused by noise from the detected power supply or unstable battery voltage due to sudden load changes. CXDR75312 adopts a 6-pin SOT23 package, with a working environment temperature of -40 ° C; C ~ +85° C。
