CX74SZ08是单路2输入CMOS与(AND)门逻辑电路，采用高速高性能CMOS工艺制程制造，可以兼容CMOS和TTL电平，并且采用SOT353小体积封装。CX74SZ08可以实现正逻辑的与功能，即 ，当输入有一个以上为低电平的时候，Y输出为低电平，只有两个输入都为高电平，输出才为高电平。CX74SZ08可以适用多种电平，从1.2V到6.0V，在各种电平下可以保证逻辑功能正确，但驱动能力会有区别。它的功耗很低，在输入电平为完全的高电平（VIN=Vcc）或者低电平（VIN=GND）的时候，功耗不会超过0.1uA。
