The CXHA31104 high-performance Hall effect switch sensor adopts innovative design and is specially developed for industrial and automotive applications in harsh environments. This device maintains stable operation within a wide voltage input range of 3.3V-45V, and with the ability to adapt to a wide temperature range of -40 ℃ to+150 ℃, it can meet the reliability requirements of automotive electronic systems and industrial automation equipment. Its integrated collector open circuit output architecture provides 50mA strong load driving capability, while also having Class3B level ESD protection and power reverse protection functions, significantly improving system safety.
