CXHA3155 is a high efficiency 7A synchronous buck DC-DC converter. Its input voltage range is 2.4~5.6V, the output voltage is adjustable, and continuously provide up to 7A output current. CXHA3155 uses a current-mode fixed-on-time (CMCOT) control structure to achieve ultra-fast transient response. This structure requires only a small number of peripheral devices and the CXHA3155 will work in all linear range, load range and output voltage range at a nearly fixed switching frequency. The CXHA3155 automatically switches to PFM mode at light loads, maintaining high efficiency. By detecting the current of the low-side FETs cycle by cycle, the CXHA3155 achieves strong overcurrent protection to ensure that the chip is protected from catastrophic destruction in the case of output short circuit and inductor saturation. The internal soft-start function prevents overshoot current during start-up. The protection circuit also includes input undervoltage lockout, input overvoltage protection and over-temperature protection to ensure that the chip can run safely and smoothly under all working conditions.

CXHA3155 is a high efficiency 7A synchronous buck DC-DC converter. Its input voltage range is 2.4~5.6V, the output voltage is adjustable, and continuously provide up to 7A output current.
