Cxha3131 is an integrated circuit with built-in hall induction and output using bridge structure It is widely used in all kinds of large and small single-phase bldcfans and DC motors
It includes regulator, Hall voltage generator, differential amplifier, Schmitt trigger and bridge structure drive output. When the magnetic field is greater than the turning point (BOP), the output do is on (low), and the DOB is off (high). The output state remains until the magnetic field strength is lower than the release point (BRP), and then the do and DOB states flip

CXHA3131是一内置霍尔感应及输出采用桥式结构的集成电路。广泛应用于各类大、小型单相无刷直流风扇、直流马达。该IC采用高压BCD工艺制程，该制程对霍尔传感器和电机驱动进行了优化。它内部包含调整器、霍尔电压 发生器、差分放大器、史密特触发器和桥式结构驱动输出。当磁场大于翻转点（BOP），输出DO开启（低），同时DOB关断（高）。输出状态保持直到磁场强度低于释放点（BRP），然后DO、DOB状态翻转。TC477采用TO-94封装形式。
