Cxle82116 is a high cost-effective MOS and IGBT gate driver chip with SD function. It integrates logic signal input processing circuit, dead time control circuit, level displacement circuit, pulse filter circuit and output driver circuit. It is specially used in the drive circuit of BLDCM controller and power dc-dc.
the working voltage of cxle82116 high-end can reach 600V, the power supply voltage range of low-end VCC is 2.8v-20v, and the static power consumption is less than 1uA. A 200K pull-down resistor is built in the input channel of the chip in, and a 200K pull-down resistor is built in the SD. When the input is suspended, the upper and lower power MOS tubes are closed, and the output current capacity is Io + / - 1 / 1.5A, which is packaged in sop8.
