The CXBD3570 is a single-channel, high-speed, low-side gate driver designed to drive metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistors (MOSFETs) and insulated-gate bipolar transistors (IGBTs). The device provides high-intensity peak pull/sink current pulses to capacitive loads and rail-to-rail drive capability to ensure fast and stable switching operation. The CXBD3570's wide supply voltage range (4V to 20V) and low static power consumption make it excellent in a variety of power management applications. Its dual-input design (selectable inverting IN-or non-inverting IN-driver configuration) provides flexible application options. At VDD = 12V, the CXBD3570 can provide a symmetrical driving current with a peak value of 4A, ensuring efficient driving. The device is packaged in SOT23-5 for space-constrained applications.
