CXBD3564 is a cost-effective dual-channel high-power driver chip designed for motor control and high frequency power system. It integrates logic signal processing, dead zone control, and lockout protection circuits to safely drive MOSFETs/IGBT power tube to avoid the risk of bridge arm direct connection. The chip supports 11V-20v wide voltage power supply, and the static power consumption is less than 100μa, which is suitable for low power consumption scenarios such as mobile power supply and wireless charging. In motor drive applications, 1.5A suction current can quickly turn off large current power tube, reducing switching loss; Hardware dead zone control circuit automatically inserts 200ns isolation time without external RC components. The input channel has built-in intelligent level locking function (INA high efficiency/INB low efficiency) and is matched with suspension protection mechanism to ensure system reliability under complex working conditions. SOP8 package combines heat dissipation and space efficiency to meet the requirements of high-density PCB layout.

CXBD3564 is oneCost-effective dual-channel high-power driver chip, designed for motor control and high frequency power system.             Input logic signal requirements and output driver characteristics:
The main functions of CXBD3564 include logic signal input processing, dead time control and dual-channel Totem Column output. LogicoqN嘉泰姆
The high level threshold of the signal input terminal is more than 2.5V, and the low level threshold is less than 1.0V. It is required that the output current of the logic signal is small, which can make the MCU output the logic signal.oqN嘉泰姆
The number is directly connected to the input channel of CXBD3564.
OUTA and OUTB output drivers have a maximum input of 1.5A and a maximum output current of 1A. Input logic signal and output control
The conduction delay between signals is small, the output of OUTA is 410nS, the off conduction delay is 140nS, and the output of OUTB is enabledoqN嘉泰姆
The conduction delay is 400nS and the conduction delay is 150nS. The rise time of OUTA output is 180nS, and the fall time of shutdown is 100 nS,oqN嘉泰姆
