Cxlb7482 is a constant current / constant voltage charger chip, which is mainly used for single lithium battery charging. There is no need for external detection resistor, and its internal structure is MOSFET structure, so there is no need for external reverse diode. The cxlb7482 can adjust the charging current to limit the chip temperature at high power and high ambient temperature. Its charging voltage is fixed at 4.2V, and the charging current can be adjusted by an external resistor. When the floating charge voltage is reached and the charging current drops to 1 / 10 of the setting circuit, the cxlb7482 automatically terminates the charging process. When the input voltage is removed, the cxlb7482 automatically enters the low current mode and draws less than 2ua of current from the battery. When the cxlb7482 enters standby mode, the power supply current is less than 25ua. The cxlb7482 can also monitor the charging current, has the characteristics of voltage detection and automatic cycle charging, and has an indicator pin to indicate the charging termination state and input voltage state.

CXLB7482是恒流/恒压座充充电器芯片,主要应用于单节锂电池充电。无需外接检测电阻,其内部为 MOSFET结构,因此无需外接反向二极管。CXLB7482在大功率和高环境温度下可以调节充电电流以限制芯片温度。它的充电电压固定在 4.2V,充电电流可以通过外置一个电阻器进行调节。当达到浮充电压并且充电电流下降到设定电路的 1/10 时,CXLB7482自动终止充电过程。当输入电压移开之后,CXLB7482自动进入低电流模式,从电池吸取少于2uA的电流。当 CXLB7482进入待机模式时,供电电流小于25uA。CXLB7482还可以监控充电电流,具有电压检测、自动循环充电的特性,并且具有一个指示管脚指示充电终止状态和输入电压状态。Z1L嘉泰姆
