Cxlb7397 is a PWM Buck mode multi battery charging management integrated circuit which can use solar panel to supply power. It can manage multi battery charging independently. It has the advantages of small footprint, few peripheral components and simple use. With trickle, constant current and constant voltage charging modes, cxlb7397 is very suitable for lithium battery, lithium iron phosphate battery and lithium titanate battery charging management. In constant voltage charging mode, cxlb7397 modulates the battery voltage to the voltage set by the external feedback resistor; in constant current charging mode, the charging current is set by an external resistor. When the solar panel is used for power supply, the internal circuit can automatically track the maximum power point of the solar panel. The user does not need to consider the worst case, and can maximize the output power of the solar panel, which is very suitable for the application of solar panel power supply. For deep discharge lithium battery, when the battery voltage is lower than 66.5% of the constant voltage charging voltage (typical value), 17.5% of the constant current charging current set by cxlb7397 will trickle charge the battery. In the constant voltage charging stage, the charging current decreases gradually. When the charging current decreases to 16% of the constant current charging current, the charging ends. At the end of charging, if the charging current rises to more than 58.8% of the constant current charging current, a new charging cycle will start automatically. When the input power supply is powered down or the input voltage is lower than the battery voltage, cxlb7397 moves into sleep mode. Other functions include input low voltage latch, battery terminal over-voltage protection and charging status indication.

        CXLB7397 是一款可使用太阳能板供电的 PWM 降 压模式多节电池充电管理集成电路,独立对多节 电池充电进行管理,具有封装外形小,外围元器 件少和使用简单等优点。 CXLB7397 具有涓流,恒流和恒压充电模式,非常 适合锂电池,磷酸铁锂电池和钛酸锂电池充电管 理。在恒压充电模式,CXLB7397将电池电压调制 在外部反馈电阻所设置的电压;在恒流充电模式, 充电电流通过一个外部电阻设置。当用太阳能板 供电时,内部电路能够自动跟踪太阳能板的最大 功率点,用户不需要考虑最坏情况,可最大限度 地利用太阳能板的输出功率,非常适合利用太阳 能板供电的应用。 对于深度放电的锂电池,当电池电压低于恒压充 电电压的66.5%(典型值)时,CXLB7397所设置的 恒流充电电流的17.5%对电池进行涓流充电。在 恒压充电阶段,充电电流逐渐减小,当充电电流 降低到恒流充电电流的16%时,充电结束。在充 电结束状态,如果充电电流再上升到恒流充电电 流的58.8%以上,自动开始新的充电周期。当输 入电源掉电或者输入电压低于电池电压时, CXLB7397动进入睡眠模式。 其它功能包括输入低电压锁存,电池端过压保护 和充电状态指示等。 CXLB7397采用 10 管脚 SSOP 封装。
