Cxlb7347 is a charge management circuit of constant current / constant voltage charging which can be programmed by external resistance. The inner part of the device includes a power transistor, and no external current detection resistor and resistance diode are needed for application. It only needs a few peripheral components and conforms to the USB bus technical specifications, so it is very suitable for portable
Application areas. The thermal modulation circuit can control the chip temperature in a safe range when the power consumption of the device is large or the ambient temperature is high. The output voltage can be programmed through an external resistor, and the charging current can also be set through an external resistor. When the input voltage (AC adapter or USB power supply) is powered off, it will automatically enter the sleep mode of low power consumption, and the current consumption of the battery is less than 0.1 μ a. The built-in anti backflush protection circuit automatically turns off the built-in power MOSFET when the battery voltage is higher than the input voltage. Other functions include low input voltage latch, automatic recharging, built-in OVP protection, battery temperature monitoring and charging state / charging end state indication, etc. the battery anti reverse connection protection is realized with patented technology.

           CXLB7347是可以 通过外部电阻编程的恒流/恒压充电的充电管理电路。2we嘉泰姆

器件内部包括功率晶体管,应用时不需要外部的电流检测电阻和阻流二极管。2we嘉泰姆

只需要极少的外围元器件,并且符合 USB 总线技术规范,非常适合于便携式2we嘉泰姆

应用的领域。2we嘉泰姆

       热调制电路可以在器件的功耗比较大或者环境温度比较高的时候将芯片温2we嘉泰姆

度控制在安全范围内。通过外部电阻可以编程输出电压,充电电流也通过一个2we嘉泰姆

外部电阻设置。当输入电压(交流适配器或者 USB 电源)掉电时,自动进入低2we嘉泰姆

功耗的睡眠模式,此时电池的电流消耗小于 0.1μA。内置防反灌保护电路,当电2we嘉泰姆
