Cxlb7345c is a complete single lithium-ion battery charger, which can charge 2.4V lithium-ion battery. The charger has reverse connection protection of positive and negative poles of battery, and adopts constant current / constant voltage linear control. Its sot package and fewer external components make the cxlb7345c an ideal choice for portable applications. The cxlb7345c can work with USB power and adapter power.
Because of the internal PMOSFET architecture and anti reverse charging circuit, no external detection resistor and isolation diode are needed. Thermal feedback can adjust the charging current automatically, so as to limit the chip temperature under high power operation or high ambient temperature conditions. The full voltage will vary depending on the lithium battery, and the charging current can be set externally through a resistor. When the battery reaches full voltage, the charging current drops to 1 / 10 of the setting value, and the cxlb7345c will automatically terminate charging. When the input voltage (AC adapter or USB power supply) is removed, the cxlb7345c automatically enters a low current state, and the battery leakage current is below 7ua. Other features of the cxlb7345c include a charging current monitor, undervoltage lockout, automatic recharging, and a status pin to indicate the end of charging and input voltage access.

          CXLB7345C是一款完整的单节锂离子电池充电器,可对2.4V锂电池充电,充电器具有电池正负极反接保护,采用恒定电流/恒定电压线性控制。其 SOT 封装与较少的外部元件数目使得CXLB7345C成为便携式应用的理想选择。CXLB7345C可以适合USB电源和适配 器电源工作。 

           由于采用了内部PMOSFET架构,加上防倒充电路,所以不需要外部检测电阻器和隔 离二极管。热反馈可对充电电流进行自动调节,以便在大功率操作或高环境温度条件下对 芯片温度加以限制。充满电压会因不同的锂电池而不同,而充电电流可通过一个电阻器进 行外部设置。当电池达到充满电压后,充电电流降至设定值 1/10,CXLB7345C将自动终止 充电。 当输入电压(交流适配器或 USB 电源)被拿掉时,CXLB7345C自动进入一个低电 流状态,电池漏电流在 7uA 以下。CXLB7345C的其他特点包括充电电流监控器、欠压闭锁、 自动再充电和一个用于指示充电结束和输入电压接入的状态引脚。
