Cxlb7358 is a PWM step-down mode single lithium iron phosphate battery charging management integrated circuit that can be powered by solar panel. It can independently manage the charging of single lithium iron phosphate battery. It has the advantages of small package, less peripheral components and simple use. The cxlb7358 has trickle, constant current and constant voltage charging modes, which is very suitable for lithium iron phosphate battery charging management. In constant voltage charging mode, cxlb7358 modulates the battery voltage to 3.625v; in constant current charging mode, the charging current is set through an external resistance. When the current output capacity of the input power is reduced, the internal circuit can automatically track the maximum power point of the solar panel. The user does not need to consider the worst case, and can maximize the output power of the solar panel, which is very suitable for the application of solar panel power supply. For deeply discharged batteries, when the battery voltage is lower than 66.5% of the constant voltage charging voltage (typical value), 17.5% of the constant current charging current set by cxlb7358 will trickle charge the battery. In the constant voltage charging stage, the charging current decreases gradually. When the charging current decreases to 16% of the constant current charging current, the charging ends. At the end of charging state, if the battery voltage drops to 91.66% of the constant voltage charging voltage, a new charging cycle will start automatically. When the input power supply is powered down or the input voltage is lower than the battery voltage, cxlb7358 moves into sleep mode.

CXLB7358是一款可使用太阳能板供电的PWM降 压模式单节磷酸铁锂电池充电管理集成电路,独 立对单节磷酸铁锂电池充电进行管理,具有封装 外形小,外围元器件少和使用简单等优点。 CXLB7358 具有涓流,恒流和恒压充电模式,非常 适合磷酸铁锂电池充电管理。在恒压充电模式, CXLB7358将电池电压调制在 3.625V;在恒流充电 模式,充电电流通过一个外部电阻设置。当输入 电源的电流输出能力降低时,内部电路能够自动 跟踪太阳能板的最大功率点,用户不需要考虑最 坏情况,可最大限度地利用太阳能板的输出功率, 非常适合利用太阳能板供电的应用。 对于深度放电的电池,当电池电压低于恒压充电 电压的66.5%(典型值)时,CXLB7358所设置的恒 流充电电流的17.5%对电池进行涓流充电。在恒 压充电阶段,充电电流逐渐减小,当充电电流降 低到恒流充电电流的16%时,充电结束。在充电 结束状态,如果电池电压下降到恒压充电电压的 91.66%,自动开始新的充电周期。当输入电源掉 电或者输入电压低于电池电压时,CXLB7358动进 入睡眠模式。 其它功能包括输入低电压锁存,电池端过压保护 和充电状态指示等。 CXLB7358采用 10 管脚 SSOP 封装。
