The cxlb7209 can use the PWM Buck mode charge management integrated circuit powered by solar cells, with the function of tracking the maximum power point of solar cells. The cxlb7209 is very suitable for the charge management of single or multiple lithium batteries or lithium iron phosphate batteries. It has the advantages of small package, few peripheral components and simple use. The cxlb7209 has constant current and voltage charging mode, which is very suitable for lithium battery or lithium iron phosphate battery. In the constant voltage charging mode, the constant voltage charging voltage is set by the external resistance partial voltage network; in the constant current charging mode, the charging current is set by an external resistance. For deeply discharged batteries, when the battery voltage is lower than 66.7% of the set constant voltage charging voltage, cxlb7209 uses 15% of the set constant current charging current to trickle charge the battery. In the stage of constant voltage charging, the charging current decreases gradually. When the charging current decreases to 9.5% of the set constant current charging current, the state of charging end is entered. When the input power supply is powered down or the input voltage is lower than the battery voltage, the cxlb7209 automatically enters the sleep mode of low power consumption. Other functions include input low voltage latch, battery temperature monitoring, battery terminal overvoltage protection and charging status indication

概述:
CXLB7209可使用太阳能电池供电的PWM 降压模式充电管理集成电路,具有太阳能电池最大功率点跟踪功能。CXLB7209非常适合对单节或多节锂电池或磷酸铁锂电池的充电管理,具有封装外形小,外围器件少和使用简单等优点。CXLB7209 具有恒流和恒压充电模式,非常适合锂电池或磷酸铁锂电池的充电。在恒压充电模式,恒压充电电压由外部电阻分the嘉泰姆
网络设置;在恒流充电模式,充电电流通过一个外部电阻设置。对于深度放电的电池,当电池电压低于所设置的恒压充电电压的66.7%时,CXLB7209用所设置的恒流充电电流的15%对电池进行涓流充电。在恒压充电阶段,充电电流逐渐减小,当充电电流减小到所设置恒流充电电流的9.5%时,进入充电结束状态。当输入电源掉电或者输入电压低于电池电压时,CXLB7209自动进入低功耗的睡眠模式。其它功能包括输入低电压锁存,电池温度监测,电池端过压保护和充电状态指示等。CXLB7209 采用16 管脚TSSOP 封装。
