Cxlb73102 is a complete single lithium-ion battery with constant current / constant voltage linear charger. It uses a very small sot-23-5 package and requires only a few external components, making the cxlb73102 an ideal choice for portable applications. The cxlb73102 can work with USB power and adapter power. With the internal PMOSFET architecture and anti reverse charging circuit, no external isolation diode is needed. Thermal feedback can adjust the charging current automatically, so as to limit the chip temperature under high power operation or high ambient temperature conditions. The charging voltage is fixed to 4.2V, while the charging current can be set externally through a resistor. When the charging current drops to 1 / 10 of the setting value after reaching the final floating charge voltage, the cxlb73102 will automatically terminate the charging cycle.
When the input voltage (AC adapter or USB power supply) is removed, the cxlb73102 automatically enters a low current state, reducing the battery leakage current to less than 2ua. The cxlb73102 can also be used for shutdown mode when there is power supply, which has reduced the power supply current to 25ua.

             CXLB73102是一款完整的单节锂离子电池采用恒定电流/恒定电压线性充电器。 它采用极小的SOT-23-5封装,只需外接极少的外部元件, 使得CXLB73102成为便携式应用的理想选择。CXLB73102可以适合USB电源和适配器电源工作。采用了内部PMOSFET 架构,加上防倒充电路,所以不需要外部隔离二极管。 热反馈可对充电电流进行自动调节, 以便在大功率操作或高环境温度条件下对芯片温度加以限制。充电电压固定与 4.2V,而充电电流可通过一个电阻器进行外部设置。 当充电电流在达到最终浮充电压之后降至设定值 1/10 时, CXLB73102将自动终止充电循环。H61嘉泰姆
Ø   当输入电压(交流适配器或 USB 电源)被拿掉时,CXLB73102自动进入一个低电流状态,将电池漏电流降至2uA以下。CXLB73102在有电源时也可至于停机模式,已而将供电电流降至 25uA。 CXLB73102的其他特点包括电池温度检测、欠压闭锁、自动再充电和两个用于指示充电结束的 LED 状态引脚
