Cxlb73161 is a perfect linear charge management chip with constant current / voltage for single lithium battery. The thinner size and smaller package make it suitable for portable products, and the cxlb73161 is also suitable for USB power supply circuit. Due to the internal MOSFET structure, external resistors and blocking diodes are not needed in application. In high energy operation and high peripheral temperature, the thermal feedback circuit can control the charging current to reduce the chip temperature. The charging voltage is set at 4.2V, and the charging current can be adjusted by external resistance. After reaching the target charging voltage, when the charging current drops to 1 / 10 of the set value, the cxlb73161 will automatically end the charging process. When the input terminal (plug or USB power supply) is unplugged, the cxlb73161 will automatically enter the low current state, and the battery leakage current will drop below 2 μ a. The cxlb73161 can also be set to stop working to reduce the power supply current to 25 μ a.
