Cxlb73157 is a perfect single-chip lithium-ion battery constant current / constant voltage linear power management chip. Its thin size and small outer packaging make it suitable for portable applications. What's more, cxlb73157 is specially designed for USB power supply. Due to the internal MOSFET structure, external resistors and blocking diodes are not needed in application. The charging voltage is limited to 4.2V, and the charging current is regulated by external resistance. After the target charging voltage is reached, when the charging current drops to 1 / 10 of the set value, the cxlb73157 will automatically end the charging process. When the input terminal (plug or USB power supply) is unplugged, the cxlb73157 will automatically enter the low current state, and the battery leakage current will drop below 1 μ a. The cxlb73157 can also be set to stop working to reduce the power supply current to 40 μ a. The unique internal patent structure of cxlb73157 ensures that the chip will automatically enter the protection state when the battery is connected reversely, and ensures that the IC will not be broken down and lead to the battery self discharge accident. At the same time, ensure that the ESD capacity of cxlb73157 reaches 6kV (HBM).        CXLB73157 是一个完善的单片锂离子电池恒流/恒压线性电 源管理芯片。它薄的尺寸和小的外包装使它适用于便携式产 品的应用。更值得一提的是,CXLB73157 专门设计适用于 USB 的供电规格。得益于内部的 MOSFET 结构,在应用上不需 要外部电阻和阻塞二极管。 充电电压被限定在 4.2V,充电电流通过外部电阻调节。 在达到目标充电电压后,当充电电流降低到设定值的 1/10 时,CXLB73157 就会自动结束充电过程。当输入端(插头或 USB 提供电源)拔掉后,CXLB73157 自动进入低电流状态,电池漏 电流将降到 1μA 以下。CXLB73157 还可被设置于停止工作状态, 使电源供电电流降到 40μA。 CXLB73157 采用独特的内部专利结构确保了电池接反时芯 片自动进入保护状态,确保 IC 不被击穿导致电池自放电引起 事故。同时确保 CXLB73157的 ESD 能力达到 6KV(HBM)。 其余特性包括:充电电流监测,输入低电压闭锁,自动 重新充电和充电已满及开始充电的标志等。
