Cxlb7251 is a complete single-chip lithium-ion battery constant current / constant voltage linear power management chip. Its sot package and few peripheral components are very suitable for portable products, and cxlb7251 is specially designed for USB power supply specifications. Based on the internal MOSFET structure, there is no need for external induction resistance and isolation diode. When the external environment temperature is too high or working at high power, the thermal feedback can adjust the charging current to reduce the chip temperature. The charging voltage is fixed at 4.2V, and the charging current can be set through the external resistance. When the charging current drops to 1 / 10 of the setting value after reaching the final floating charge voltage, the cxlb7251 will automatically terminate the charging cycle. When the input terminal (adapter or USB power supply) is unplugged, the cxlb7251 will automatically enter the low current state, and the battery leakage current will drop below 2 μ a.
The cxlb7251 can also be set to stop working to reduce the power supply current to 25 μ a. Other features include: charging current monitoring, undervoltage locking, automatic recharging and status pins to show the end of charging

一,产品概述(General Description)         F71嘉泰姆
     CXLB7251 是一个完整的单片锂离子电池恒流/恒压线性电源管理芯片,其 SOT 封装和极少的外围元件非常适合应用于便携式产品,而且 CXLB7251 专门设计适用于 USB 的供电规格。基于内部 MOSFET结构,不需要外部感应电阻和隔离二极管,当外部环境温度过高或在大功率工作时,热反馈可以调节充电电流以降低芯片温度。充电电压被固定在4.2V,充电电流可通过外部电阻设置。当充电电流在达到最终浮充电压之后降至设定值 1/10 时,CXLB7251 将自动终止充电循环。当输入端(适配器或USB电源)拔掉后,CXLB7251自动进入低电流状态,电池漏电流将降到2μA以下。F71嘉泰姆
     CXLB7251还可被设置于停止工作状态,使电源电流降到25μA。其余特性包括:充电电流监测,欠压锁闭,自动再充电和状态引脚以显示充电结束。F71嘉泰姆
