Cxlb7248c is a perfect linear power management chip with constant current and constant voltage for lithium-ion battery. Its thin size and small outer package make it convenient for portable application. What's more, cxlb7248c is specially designed for USB power supply. Due to the internal MOSFET structure, external resistors and blocking diodes are not needed in application. In high energy operation and high peripheral temperature, thermal feedback can control the charging current to reduce the chip temperature. The charging voltage is limited to 4.2V, and the charging current is regulated by external resistance. After reaching the target charging voltage, when the charging current drops to 1 / 10 of the set value, the cxlb7248c will automatically end the charging process. When the input terminal (plug or USB power supply) is unplugged, the cxlb7248c will automatically enter the low current state, and the battery leakage current will drop below 2 μ a. the cxlb7248c can also be set to the stop working state, so that the power supply current will drop to 25 μ a. The unique internal patent structure of cxlb7248c ensures that the chip will automatically enter the protection state when the battery is connected reversely, and ensures that the IC will not be broken down and lead to the battery self discharge accident. At the same time, ensure that the ESD capacity of cxlb7248c reaches 7kv (HBM).
