Cxch76020 is a charge management chip specially designed for universal charger, which has the function of current limiting and constant voltage. It can charge single lithium-ion battery or lithium polymer battery. The cxch76020 is packaged in cob-8 and dip-8, with few peripheral devices of application circuit, suitable for portable application. The built-in polarity automatic discrimination circuit of cxch76020 can automatically detect the battery voltage and carry out polarity conversion in the IC. The cxch76020 has a precise reference voltage source, which can limit the charging voltage of 4.22v. The accuracy is 1%. When the charging voltage reaches the preset voltage, the IC charging process will automatically cut off to avoid high charging voltage and damage to the battery. The cxch76020 meter displays in a flow mode. During the charging process, led1-led4 will flash in a flow state in turn. When the charging voltage is almost reached, the flashing frequency will become faster; when the charging voltage is reached, the cxch76020 will automatically stop charging.

     CXCH76020是专门为万能充电器设计的、具 有限流恒压功能的充电管理芯片,能够为单 节锂离子电池或锂聚合物电池充电。CXCH76020 采用COB-8,DIP-8封装,应用电路外围器件 少,适合便携式应用。 CXCH76020的内置极性自动辨别电路,能够自动检测电池电压并在IC内部进行极性转 换.CXCH76020部有精准的基准电压源,能够限 定充饱电压4.22V。精度为1% ,当充电电压 到达预置电压,IC充电过程自动截止,避免充 电电压过高,损坏电池. CXCH76020计为流水方式显示,充电过程 中LED1~LED4以流水状态依次闪烁,当快到达 充饱电压时,闪烁闪频变快;到达充饱电压 时,CXCH76020自动停止充电。CXCH76020LED 驱动方式为恒流方式驱动,可以将其他IC中 需要限流的电阻省去,成本更低. CXCH76020流水灯显示方式电路,详见应 用指南。
