    The CXPR7149 product is a high integration solution for lithium-ion/polymer ZP4嘉泰姆

battery protection. CXPR7149 contains advanced power MOSFET, high-accuracy ZP4嘉泰姆

voltage detection circuits and delay circuits.ZP4嘉泰姆

    CXPR7149 is put into an ultra-small SOT23-5 package and only one external ZP4嘉泰姆

component makes it an ideal solution in limited space of battery pack.ZP4嘉泰姆
   CXPR7149 has all the protection functions required in the battery application ZP4嘉泰姆

including overcharging, overdischarging, overcurrent and load short circuiting ZP4嘉泰姆

protection etc. The accurate overcharging detection voltage ensures safe and ZP4嘉泰姆
