    The CXDR7516C  series devices area set of three terminal low power voltage detectors implemented inSPj嘉泰姆

 CMOS technology. Each voltage detector in the series detects a particular fixed voltage ranging fromSPj嘉泰姆

 0.9V to 5.0V. The voltage detectors consist of a high-precision and low power consumption standardSPj嘉泰姆

 voltage source as well as a comparator,hysteresis circuit, and an output driver (CMOS inverter or SPj嘉泰姆

NMOS open drain). CMOS technology ensures low power consumption. Although designed primarily SPj嘉泰姆

as fixed voltage detectors, these devices can be used with external components to detect user specifiedSPj嘉泰姆

 threshold voltages.SPj嘉泰姆
