一,产品概述(General Description)      

   The CXSD6133B is a current mode monolithic buck  switching regulator. bXG嘉泰姆

Operating with an input range of 4.7V~18V, the CXSD6133B delivers 2A of bXG嘉泰姆

continuous output current with two integrated N-Channel MOSFETs. The internalbXG嘉泰姆

 synchronous power switches provide high efficiency without the use of anbXG嘉泰姆

 external Schottky diode. At light loads, the regulator operates in low frequencybXG嘉泰姆

 to maintain high efficiency and low output ripples.Current mode control providesbXG嘉泰姆

 tight load transient response and cycle-by-cycle current limit.The CXSD6133BbXG嘉泰姆

 guarantees robustness with short-circuit protection, thermal protection,currentbXG嘉泰姆

 run-away protection, input under voltage lockout.The CXSD6133B is bXG嘉泰姆

available in 6-pin TSOT23-6 package, which provides a compact solutionbXG嘉泰姆

 with minimal external components.bXG嘉泰姆
