   The CXSD6133B is a current mode monolithic buck  switching regulator. 1Nj嘉泰姆

Operating with an input range of 4.7V~18V, the CXSD6133B delivers 2A of 1Nj嘉泰姆

continuous output current with two integrated N-Channel MOSFETs. The internal1Nj嘉泰姆

 synchronous power switches provide high efficiency without the use of an1Nj嘉泰姆

 external Schottky diode. At light loads, the regulator operates in low frequency1Nj嘉泰姆

 to maintain high efficiency and low output ripples.Current mode control provides1Nj嘉泰姆

 tight load transient response and cycle-by-cycle current limit.The CXSD6133B1Nj嘉泰姆

 guarantees robustness with short-circuit protection, thermal protection,current1Nj嘉泰姆

 run-away protection, input under voltage lockout.The CXSD6133B is 1Nj嘉泰姆

available in 6-pin TSOT23-6 package, which provides a compact solution1Nj嘉泰姆
