1. Product Overview

CXLE88178 is a highly integrated line scan driver chip designed for LED scanning display, with 8-channel PMOS output, 138 decoding circuit and multiple protection functions. 2. core features

2.1. High integration design

The 138 decoding circuit and 8 power PMOS output transistors are integrated inside the chip, the on-resistance is as low as 100mΩ, and the maximum driving current is 2.5A. This highly integrated design significantly simplifies the PCB layout and routing complexity of the LED module.4kU嘉泰姆

8.1.PCB Layout Recommendations

•  Adequate decoupling capacitors should be placed near the power supply pins4kU嘉泰姆

8.2. Thermal management considerations
