CXLE86228 current mode fixed frequency PWM step-down or step-down high brightness LED driver integrated circuit CXLE86228 input voltage range is 4.5V to 32V, less peripheral components, simple and flexible application. CXLE86228 includes the band gap reference voltage, 330kHz oscillator, current mode control unit, chip shutdown circuit, soft start circuit and gate drive circuit. The current control mode improves the transient response of the system and simplifies the loop compensation. The soft start circuit inside the chip reduces the surge current during power-on. Other functions include chip shutdown function, output overvoltage protection function, built-in 5V voltage modulator and slope compensation, etc. CXLE86228 is packaged with 10-pin SSOP.
