CXSU63300 is an efficient boost DC-DC converter that integrates high-frequency power transistors and Schottky diodes. It supports a wide input voltage range of 2.5V to 25V and can flexibly set an output voltage of 3V to 27V through an external voltage divider resistor, meeting the diverse power supply needs of industrial equipment and consumer electronics.The chip adopts a constant switching frequency of 1.2MHz and built-in frequency compensation technology, greatly simplifying the peripheral circuit design. Only micro standard components are needed to build a cost-effective power system, reducing the cost of the solution by more than 35% and reducing the PCB footprint by 50%. Its 410mV ultra-low feedback voltage significantly reduces the power consumption of the sampling resistor, combined with a 3 μ A ultra-low shutdown current, making it perfect for battery driven portable devices.
