CXPR7191 is a high-precision lithium battery protection circuit, including over-charge voltage protection, over-discharge voltage protection, over-current protection and short-circuit protection. When the VDD voltage of CXPR7191 is between the overcharge protection point and the overdischarge protection point, and the VM terminal voltage is between the charger detection voltage and the overcurrent detection voltage, both The OC and OD ports output a high level, make the controlled NMOS tube in the open state, CXPR7191 can not only charge the battery, but also discharge the load. When the CXPR7191 is in the overcharge or overdischarge state, the OC or OD output changes from high to low, thus closing the controlled MOS tube and closing the charging or discharging circuit. CXPR7191 restore conditions are designed for each protection state. If the conditions are met, the protection state can be removed and charging and discharging can be performed normally. In addition, CXPR7191 also sets a delay time to prevent false triggering of the protection function, which further improves the precision performance.
