CXPR7190 products are highly integrated solutions for single lithium ion/lithium polymer rechargeable battery pack protection. CXPR7190 includes advanced power MOSFETs, high-precision voltage detection circuits and delay circuits. CXPR7190 has a very small SOT23-6L package, which makes the device very suitable for rechargeable battery pack applications with very small space restrictions. CXPR7190 has all the required protection functions for batteries such as overcharge, overdischarge, overcurrent, and short circuit, and the power consumption is very low during operation. The chip is not only designed for mobile phones, but also suitable for all kinds of information products that require lithium ion or lithium polymer rechargeable batteries for a long time.
