    CXLE88126是一款固定2MHz或者4MHz频率的电流模同步升压型转换器。该芯片可以给两个通道的闪光灯LED应用分别提供恒定电流驱动，单通道电流最大可以提供1.5A。配备行业标准的I2C串行数字输入接口，用于启用、禁用和设置LED闪光灯的电流。CXLE88126有四个逻辑输入控制端，分别为硬件闪光灯使能（STROBE）、闪光灯中断（TX）、Torch使能信号（TORCH/TEMP）、芯片使能信号（HWEN）。在闪光模式下，LED电流源可以提供从10.9mA到1.5A不等的目标电流。并且在常亮模式下，可编程电流的范围也可以在0.977mA到179mA的范围内变化。过压保护功能保证输出电压低于LED开路情况下的过压门限。当输出短路到地时，输出短路保护功能可以限制输出电流。NTC功能会根据温度升高限制输出电流。CXLE88126采用12个引脚的小型封装。（Small 12-bump WSCP package）The CXLE88126 is a 2MHz or 4MHz fixed frequency, current mode synchronous boost converter with two current sources. The device is designed to operate up to 1.5A constant current. An industry-standard I2C serial digital input is used to enable, disable and set the current for flash LED. The CXLE88126 has four logic inputs including a hardware Flash Enable (STROBE), a Flash Interrupt input (TX), a hardware Torch Enable (TORCH/TEMP), Acitve High Enable (HWEN). In flash mode, the LED current source provides 128 target current levels from 10.9mA to 1.5A. The total LED current of ECXLE88126can deliver is 1.5A (ILED1+ILED2). The dual 128 level current sources provide the flexibility to adjust the current ratios between LED1 and LED2 (ex: ILED1=1.5A and ILED2=OFF, ILED1=OFF and ILED2=1.5A, or a current configuration with a current less than 1.5A, ILED1=700mA and ILED2=300mA). And also in torch mode, the programmable current ranges from 0.977mA to 179mA by 128 steps. An over voltage protection feature keeps the output voltage below the OVP threshold in the case of an open LED and an output short circuit protection limits the output current during an output short to GND. NTC function is designed for temperature sensing and current scale back. CXLE88126is available in a small 12-bump WCSP package.
