CXLE86226 is a step-down constant current and high brightness LED driver integrated circuit operating from 3.2V to 30V. The LED current is set by an external current detection resistor, and the accuracy can reach 10%. The DIM pin can realize the LED brightness adjustment function. The dimming method can be PWM dimming or analog dimming. When the DIM pin voltage is less than 0.15V (large) and the time is greater than 8 milliseconds (typical), CXLE86226 enters the shutdown mode and consumes 0 microampere. Due to the hysteresis control method, CXLE86226 has a very fast response speed to load transients and a high rejection ratio to input voltage. The inductor current ripple is 15%. The highest operating frequency can reach 1MHz. The operating temperature ranges from-40℃ to 85℃. Other functions include chip over-temperature protection, and 5V and 15mA voltage regulators can supply power to external circuits. CXLE86226 is packaged in SOT23 with 6 pins.
