CXLE86215A and CXLE86215B are new high efficiency and low noise DC/DC converters based on 1.5 times constant frequency charge pump, providing four or six LED current outputs when the input voltage is from 2.7V to 5.5V, the maximum output current of each channel can reach 20Ma, and the current matching degree can reach ± 0.3%. The quiescent current is only 1uA when it is turned off. The product is small in size and few peripheral components, which is very suitable for applications where small portable devices are powered by batteries. CXLE86215A and CXLE86215B feature single-wire serial interfaces for enabling, shutdown, and 32-level brightness settings, which are very convenient to control. CXLE86215A and CXLE86215B have thermal protection function and can withstand continuous output short circuit to ground. The built-in soft-start circuit can avoid sudden influx of excessive current during startup.
