CXLE86220 is a low standby current, low voltage drop LED linear buck constant current driver. CXLE86220 only requires an external resistor to form a complete LED constant current drive circuit. Adjusting the external resistor can adjust the output current, which can be adjusted from 100mA to 2.0A. CXLE86220 has built-in over temperature protection function, which starts to reduce the output current when the chip junction temperature exceeds 120oC, effectively protecting the chip. The CXLE86220 has extremely low standby power consumption, making it particularly suitable for applications driven by handheld LED lighting. The CXLE86220 can perform PWM dimming through the DIM pin, with a dimming frequency range of 200HZ to 10KHZ. The CXLE86220 can also turn off the LED by inputting a low-level signal with a duration exceeding the preset time at the DIM pin. DIM can be suspended when dimming or standby function is not required. CXLE86220 adopts ESOP8 package, with LED pins embedded in the heat sink.
