CXSD62651 is a current-mode monolithic step-down switching regulator. The CXSD62651 has an input range of 4.5V to 40V and provides 800mA continuous output current through two integrated N-channel MOSFETs. The internal synchronous power switch provides high efficiency without the use of an external Schottky diode. At light loads, the regulator operates at a low frequency to maintain high efficiency and low output ripple. Current mode control provides tight load transient response and cycle-by-cycle current limiting. The CXSD62651 has short-circuit protection, thermal protection, current runaway protection and input undervoltage lockout functions to ensure its robustness. The CXSD62651 is available in a 6-pin SOT23-6L package, providing a compact solution with minimal external components.
