CXSD62648 a current-mode COT architecture synchronous step-down switching regulator. The input range is 2.5V-6.0V, which can provide 2A continuous output current, and integrates P-channel and N-channel MOSFETs. The internal synchronous power switch provides high efficiency. When light negative, the regulator operates at a low frequency to maintain high efficiency and low output ripple. CXSD62648 guarantee stability through hiccup output short circuit protection, FB short circuit protection, start current runaway protection, input undervoltage lockout and hot swap, and thermal protection. CXSD62648 SOT23-5L, SOT23-6L, and DFN1616-6L packages provide a compact solution and reduce external components.
