CXSU63292 is a low-noise, PFM/PWM charge pump DC/DC converter. Under the condition of input voltage range of 2.7V to 5.0V, the device can generate an output voltage of 5V with a maximum output current of 200mA. CXSU63292 few external components, it is very suitable for small, battery-powered applications. The CXSU63292 charge pump structure can be PFM working mode under light load, reducing radio frequency radiation interference during standby, and maintaining a fixed switching frequency under heavy load, reducing output and input voltage ripple. The CXSU63292 has an overheat protection function.
