Cxsu6357 is a kind of Synchronous Boost chip, which is mainly used in battery powered portable equipment. The power MOS is integrated inside, and the external application circuit is very simple.
Cxsu6357 has built-in output short-circuit protection. After the output short-circuit, the IC will cut off the battery and the output, wait for 120ms, and then detect the output state again. If the output short-circuit state is removed, the chip will automatically return to normal operation. If the short-circuit state still exists, it will detect every 120ms until the output short-circuit state is removed.
The cxsu6357 is PWM working mode with working frequency of 550kHz and maximum output current of 1.5A at 5V output. When the output is light load, the cxsu6357 works in burping mode to reduce battery loss.
