Cxsu63190 is a high efficiency, high current fixed frequency PWM current mode DC-DC boost chip. The built-in power MOS tube of cxsu63190 provides the maximum input current of 6a to meet the needs of high current load. The external soft start pin of the cxsu63190 can conveniently adjust the soft start time of the chip and reduce the impact current when the system starts. The external compensation pin can optimize the loop response of the chip and reduce the output ripple of the chip when the load fluctuates. Cxsu63190 has perfect open circuit protection function and short circuit protection function, which can protect the chip from damage in case of abnormality, and improve the reliability of the system
