Cxsu63182 is a current mode synchronous step-up converter, which integrates soft start, over-current and over temperature protection functions. The input voltage can be as low as 1.8V, and the peak current of inductance can be as high as 6A. In the off mode, the converter can realize the complete off of input and output, and the load current is zero. The internal integration of NMOS main switch tube and PMOS synchronous continuous current tube greatly improves the peak efficiency. The working frequency of 500KHz allows the use of smaller peripheral devices, thus saving space on the board. The internal compensation and soft start function further reduces the peripheral devices and limits the output current and output voltage overshoot during start-up.
