Cxsu63130 series DC / DC chips are low static current PFM switching DC / DC boost converters manufactured by CMOS technology. This series of chips adopt advanced circuit design and manufacturing technology, which greatly improves the inherent noise problem of the switch circuit and reduces the interference to the surrounding circuit. The output voltage is 2.0V ~ 7.0v (according to the level difference of 0.1V), and the oscillation frequency is 100kHz (typical value).
